All fees paid for Services provided by SpaceRouts are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Except as expressly set forth below, once a payment has been made, it is final and non-refundable.
You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if all of the following conditions are met:
For Services that include data usage, refund eligibility may also depend on usage thresholds. If applicable, SpaceRouts will communicate any such usage limits that must be satisfied to qualify for a refund.

SpaceRouts may require evidence of the Service malfunction to process your refund request.
Refunds will not be issued for voluntary account cancellations, change of mind, unused Services, partial usage, or any reason not explicitly covered in this policy.
Payments processed through FreeKassa and other supported payment methods are subject to this Refund Policy. Any refund issued under this policy will be handled in accordance with the payment processor's rules.
Once a refund request has been approved by our support team, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and method of payment. Bank card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, while cryptocurrency refunds may be processed within 24 hours.
Please note that SpaceRouts is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency networks. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider first, then reach out to our support team.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your VPN access will remain active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, your account and associated VPN keys will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle.
If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may do so by purchasing a new plan through our website or Telegram bot. Previous subscription data and VPN keys cannot be restored after the billing period expires.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting SpaceRouts support, your account may be suspended immediately. We encourage all customers to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback, as we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant fraud prevention services.
SpaceRouts reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
