SpaceRouts values every customer. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service. SpaceRouts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
This Agreement is effective as of the date you place an order for SpaceRouts Services and shall continue for the duration of the paid subscription period.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice.
SpaceRouts reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, without prior notice, if Customer violates any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination, no refunds shall be issued for services already provided.
SpaceRouts provides VPN (Virtual Private Network) services on a subscription basis, as described on spacerouts.com. The Service includes access to VPN servers, encryption of internet traffic, and a subscription URL with automatic configuration updates. The Service is a digital product delivered electronically.
SpaceRouts provides customer support via email at support@spacerouts.com. We endeavor to respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe; however, no specific response time is guaranteed. Please treat support staff with respect. Abusive behavior toward support staff may result in refusal of service.
SpaceRouts enforces a three-strike policy for violations of these Terms of Service:
SpaceRouts reserves the right to skip any step and immediately terminate access in cases of severe violations.
Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges associated with SpaceRouts Services when due. Service prices are listed on the website in RUB (for the Russian Federation) and USD (for all other countries).
SpaceRouts employs automated fraud protection on all orders. Please enter billing information correctly when placing an order. Do not use proxy servers or VPNs when making payments.
By making a payment, Customer confirms that the payment is authorized and that the transaction is legitimate.
SpaceRouts subscriptions do not auto-renew. Customer must place a new order to continue using the Service.
Payments are processed through FreeKassa and are subject to their processing rules and terms. SpaceRouts does not store customer payment data.
SpaceRouts reserves the right to deny any order, cancel and refund payments for any reason without explanation.
An administration fee of 2,500 RUB (or $25 USD) shall be charged in the following circumstances:
Suspension means temporary loss of access to the Service. Access may be restored once the cause of suspension is resolved.
Termination means permanent account closure. All data is irreversibly deleted and access to the Service is lost permanently.
No refunds are issued by default. A refund may be granted within fourteen (14) days of payment only if the Service is not functioning due to a technical issue on SpaceRouts' side and the issue cannot be resolved.
No refunds are issued for: change of mind, unused services, or partial usage of the subscription period.

By using SpaceRouts Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
SpaceRouts reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take all necessary actions in connection with violations of these Terms, including reporting to law enforcement authorities and pursuing legal action.
All SpaceRouts Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SpaceRouts makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpaceRouts, its owners, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to Customer's use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
SpaceRouts' maximum aggregate liability to Customer shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by Customer during the three (3) month period preceding the claim.

All elements of the SpaceRouts website and application, including design, logo, graphics, text, and software, are the intellectual property of SpaceRouts and are protected by applicable law. Copying, distributing, or modifying any materials without prior written consent from SpaceRouts is prohibited.
The SpaceRouts application is built on the open-source Hiddify project, distributed in accordance with its license terms.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SpaceRouts does not share customer personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Customer and SpaceRouts regarding the use of the Service.
SpaceRouts may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party. Customer may not assign their rights without prior written consent from SpaceRouts.
SpaceRouts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
